Services
IRCWorld runs Anope IRC services. All commands are sent as private messages
to the service bot, e.g. /msg NickServ HELP.
You can also use the shorthand
/ns, /cs, /ms, /hs, /bs
in most IRC clients instead of /msg NickServ etc.
