ChanServ
ChanServ lets you register and manage channels on IRCWorld. A registered channel persists even when empty and gives you full control over access and modes.
Send commands with
/msg ChanServ COMMAND or the shorthand /cs COMMAND.
You must be identified to NickServ to use ChanServ.
New channel owner? The channel security guide walks you through the basics.
Registration

| REGISTER | REGISTER <#channel> | Register a channel you are currently an operator in. You become the channel founder. /msg ChanServ REGISTER #mychannel |

Access control
Manage who can do what in your channel using a flag-based access system.
Common flags:
+O auto-op, +V auto-voice, +H auto-halfop,
+A auto-protect on join. The lowercase versions +o, +v,
+h, +a let someone use the matching OP, VOICE, HALFOP and PROTECT commands.
+i invite access, +b ban access, +f manage the access list,
+q owner access, +F full founder access.
Use +* to grant all flags (use carefully). /msg ChanServ HELP FLAGS shows the full list.
